Lice Treatment and Removal

What is the difference between lice treatment, and lice treatment and removal? Lice treatment means just shampooing the hair with a shampoo designed to eliminate live lice. Lice treatment and removal is treatment with the lice shampoo and then combing out all the remaining nits (eggs) left behind by the lice.
